Currently, when uploading files (e.g., PDFs) to a customer profile in CopilotCRM, the files display only as generic PDF icons without an editable title. This makes it difficult to distinguish between multiple documents uploaded for the same customer — especially when managing contracts or similar documents.

User Feedback Example:

“Can Copilot please make it that we can put a title like in LawnPro? Right now, I have six contracts in PDF for one customer, and I know they have seven. I have to open every one to see which one I’m missing.”

Proposed Enhancement:

Add an editable “File Title” or “Caption” field visible directly on the upload screen and file list.

Display the custom title under or next to the file icon (e.g., “Snow Removal 2024 - 709 Main Street”).

Optional: Include this title in hover tooltips or sorting/filtering options for easier document management.

Benefit:

Improves efficiency when managing multiple documents per customer, reducing time spent opening files one by one to identify them. This enhancement brings parity with other CRMs like LawnPro, which allow labeled or titled file uploads.
