1. Problem Statement
Currently, the Field Force app only allows technicians to attach before and after photos for visits. Teams often need to capture additional media types (e.g., videos, diagrams, or other documentation) to support upsells, future maintenance notes, or client communication. Right now, the team has to switch back to the Copilot app to add this information, which slows down workflow and increases the chance of missing important details.
  1. Proposed Solution
Add an extra “Other Media” slot in the Field Force app for each visit. This slot should allow users to attach additional files such as:
Videos of the property or work performed
Photos not covered by the “before/after” categories
PDFs, diagrams, or other relevant documentation
