Currently, the FieldForce app is designed specifically for field employees and technicians. Unlike the main CopilotCRM app which is intended for owners, managers, and admins and provides full CRM management FieldForce is streamlined for field staff to complete their daily work quickly and easily.

The request is to allow account owners to view all jobs on the schedule, even if they are not assigned to them. This would give owners better oversight of all scheduled work without needing to be assigned to each job.
