Currently, the rate matrix in Copilot only works with estimates. Users who want the rate matrix to apply directly to individual visits must create the visit from an estimate that already has a rate matrix assigned. A useful enhancement would be to allow the rate matrix to automatically apply to visits without requiring them to be created from an estimate.
