Default Visit Sorting in Customer Portal

Description: Currently, visits in the customer portal are sorted with the farthest future dates at the top (e.g., Nov 2028). This requires customers to scroll to the bottom or manually re-sort to see upcoming or recent visits.
Requested Improvement: Set the default sorting to show the nearest upcoming visits at the top to make it easier for all customers, especially those less tech-savvy, to view relevant visits.
Reason/Benefit: Improves usability and ensures customers can quickly access their next scheduled visits without confusion.
