Feature Request: Display Dispatch Notes on Property Page

Description: Currently, dispatch notes are not visible directly on the property page. This feature would either:

List all dispatch notes under the property notes section, or

Include a toggle option allowing users to choose whether dispatch notes are displayed on the property page.

Benefit: This would give users a centralized view of all dispatch-related information for a property, improving workflow visibility and reducing the need to navigate multiple pages.
