When scheduling tasks such as “drive by” or “to do” jobs in Field Force, users currently upload photos for each task. It would be helpful if any other attachments related to the job (documents, reports, forms, etc.) were automatically displayed under the customer’s or worker’s profile, alongside the photos. This would make it easier for team members to see all relevant job information in one place for reference, reducing the need to search through multiple locations.
