Add the ability to trigger automated SMS replies based on keywords in incoming client messages. When a client texts the business number, the system should listen for specific keywords (e.g., “ESTIMATE” or “CALL”) and automatically respond with a predefined message and link, such as an estimate request form or a scheduling link. This feature would help reduce inbound phone calls and guide clients into self-service workflows without ringing the business phone.
