Request a feature to ensure crew members view visit notes before starting a job. Similar to previous systems, this would include a required checkbox or acknowledgment that must be marked as “read” before the crew can clock into the assigned job.

Request to require crew members to view job notes before being able to clock into a job. The goal is to ensure important instructions or updates are seen prior to starting work. This would help reduce missed information and improve job execution consistency.
