Description:

Currently, users have to open each job and scroll to see notes, which slows down workflow. Users would like the ability to quickly view job notes directly from the schedule page.

Placement Suggestion:

Ideally, the notes icon could appear on the far right side of each job row, similar to the red-marked area in the attached screenshot.

The exact placement isn’t critical as long as it’s easy to spot and access, allowing a streamlined workflow without opening each job individually.
