Client Portal Recurring Service Cancellation Button (Compliance with Colorado Statute 6-1-732 Section 2.d.I)
Description: To comply with Colorado statute 6-1-732 section 2.d.I, clients should have the ability to cancel their recurring services directly through the client portal. This feature would streamline cancellations, improve compliance, and ensure transparency for both clients and users. Requirements / Use Case: Individual Cancellation Buttons: A separate cancellation button for each recurring service item listed in the client’s profile in the portal. Automatic Action: When clicked, the recurring service associated with that button is automatically canceled or paused, mirroring the existing functionality available to users on the customer profile page. Notifications / Triggers: Either a trigger is available for sequence automations when a client clicks a cancellation button, or An automatic notification (email or To-Do) is sent to the user in Homeworks to inform them that a cancellation has occurred. Configurable Visibility: Users can choose to show or hide the cancellation button per recurring service. This ensures users not affected by Colorado law don’t need to display the button, and recurring services intended for internal purposes can remain hidden. Recurring Service Overview: Regardless of whether the cancellation button is visible, clients can view a list of their active recurring services, including additional details such as frequency, duration, or term. This list is separate from the existing list of future service visits.
