Feature Request

Description: It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to create packages as line item options directly on invoices. This would allow technicians to present tiered options—such as Good, Better, Best—without overwhelming the customer with individual line items they need to manually check or uncheck. Example Use Case: A technician could build three custom packages on-site: Good: New nozzles + 3 heads replaced Better: New heads + new nozzles across the entire system Best: New heads + new nozzles + new controller Instead of listing every component separately and requiring the customer to toggle individual items, the customer would simply select the package that best fits their needs and budget, then pay the deposit.

Currently, there is no option to filter estimates by specific services on the Estimates page. Adding a service filter would allow users to quickly view and manage estimates containing particular services, improving efficiency and visibility.

Description: Currently, when updating the terms and conditions in CopilotCRM, the changes only apply to new estimates created after the update. Existing estimates retain their original terms and conditions, which can lead to inconsistencies. Request: Allow updates to the terms and conditions to automatically apply to all existing estimates, or provide an option to selectively update existing estimates when changes are made. Benefit: This ensures consistency across all estimates, reduces manual edits, and saves time for users managing multiple ongoing estimates.

Description / Use Case: Currently, pricing and budgeted hours must be manually entered for each property. Estimates are not fully linked to customer properties, causing repetitive data entry for users managing multiple properties. Requested Improvement: Allow assigning unique pricing and budgeted hours for each service per property. When creating an estimate or visit, automatically pull the customer’s property-specific service data, including price and budgeted hours. Ensure accepted estimates populate into customer properties without being overridden by default services. Enable this selection via a drop-down menu so users can quickly choose from the customer’s property-specific service options. Expected Benefits: Reduces redundant manual data entry. Ensures accurate billing and service tracking per property. Saves time for users managing multiple properties and services. Priority / Impact: High – significantly improves workflow efficiency for multi-property service management.
