Ability to pull reports based on tags.

Enable clickable hyperlinks within reports that allow users to directly open the invoices or payments being referenced. Description / Use Case: Currently, when reviewing reports, users may see line items such as discounts, payments, or other entries but have no direct way to identify which client or invoice they belong to. Adding hyperlinks that take the user straight to the associated invoice or payment would: Simplify auditing and reconciliation Reduce time spent manually searching for related transactions Improve accuracy and efficiency in report review Expected Benefits: Faster auditing and financial review Improved transparency and traceability Enhanced user experience in managing reports and invoices Priority Consideration: High value for users who rely on reports for auditing, accounting, and client management. Attachments / References: Example: “Discounts” line item in a report where the associated invoice/client is not easily identifiable

Requested Feature: A single, exportable report that provides a complete breakdown of all services offered in CopilotCRM. Details: The user would like one consolidated report that includes: Total number of services per service type Number serviced Number not serviced Number skipped Revenue/dollar amounts per service Associated square footage (where applicable) Ability to view everything summarized on one or two printable pages Purpose / Business Impact: This report would give leadership a clear snapshot of operational performance and revenue by service line without needing to pull multiple reports. It would be especially useful for: Internal performance reviews Quick executive summaries for owners/managers Print-ready reporting Comparing production vs. scheduled work Monitoring skipped or uncompleted services Context: The user previously had access to a similar report in RealGreen and found it highly valuable for both operational oversight and presenting clean summary data to management. Expected Outcome: A centralized, high-level service report that improves visibility into service performance, simplifies reporting workflows, and supports better business decision-making.

Request to add a feature similar to BusyBusy, where at the end of each day, when employees clock out, they are required to confirm whether their time entries are accurate or inaccurate.

Would like the ability to track the full marketing funnel within CoPilot, from initial customer outreach to revenue generated. For example: Email opens (open rate) Estimate requests (request rate) Accepted estimates / conversions (conversion rate) Revenue generated from the campaign Ideally, this could leverage estimate links, invoice links, or other system data to automatically capture and report these metrics. This feature would help businesses measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the impact on revenue directly within CoPilot.

Track and display historical chemical data for each client. Include trends, pool type, pool gallons, and other relevant info.

Update the client export to include created date and tags.

a feature that allows us to see the profit margin for every line item in an estimate, invoice, or job. Ideally, this would include a graph or chart that visually represents the profit margin per service or product, making it easy to quickly identify which items are most profitable.

Visit Picture Upload – Ability to upload a post-visit image directly in the field form. Visit Notes Section – Notes specific to the visit for actions performed. Customer Delivery – After the visit is complete, the completed field form should be able to be emailed directly to the customer.
